Welcome to Peak Academy!

When you have paid for your course you will be required as part of the induction process to complete an induction booklet. Please make sure all the fields marked with a * are completed and that you sign and date the booklet at the end. Please submit the completed booklet to us at your earliest convenience and we can then send you your learning materials to be able to start your course. We cannot send you any course material until such time your booklet has been completed and submitted to us.

Peak Academy will keep a copy of your induction booklet in your personal file abiding by the Data Protection Policy and Data Protection Act 1998.

Please ensure that you inform us of any changes to your personal details (e.g. telephone number, address) so that we can update your information.

You are required to ensure that you have access to a computer or laptop and printer before enrolling on any course provided by Peak Academy, as some course material will be provided by e-learning. Face to face learning will also be part of your course and we will require you to attend our training centre on specified dates for learning and examinations.

Our Policies & Procedures

To ensure our learners receive the very best experience we have a number of policies and procedures in place. Peak Academy are committed to ensuring our policies are upheld and implemented and that all learners are treated fairly and with respect.

When you sign up to become a learner of the Academy we will provide you with copies of our policies and procedure which include:

Refund and Cancellation of Course

If you decide you want a refund on the course, Peak Academy will allow an initial 3-day period from your purchase date. All requests must be via email for Peak Academy to keep track of dates of request. There will be an admin fee subject to cost of registration and other fees incurred which will be taken out of the payment refunded.

If 3 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on any course costs. There is a strict no refund policy on any courses which are purchased using any discount offers available.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
