Entry Requirements

Learners must hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification such as:
o A Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym/ETM).
o A Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing.
• Some experience of kettlebell training is useful but not essential.

Course Content

Kettlebells are a versatile and dynamic way of training a full range of muscle groups with a small piece of kit that is easily transported. This course is perfect to enhance your knowledge surrounding planning and instructing a kettlebell session.

The qualification comprises of 2 units (4 credits) -
1. Planning a Kettlebell Exercise Session
2. Instructing a Kettlebell Exercise Session

Course duration and assessment

It is assessed via a combination of the following:
• Coursework / Project.
• Portfolio of Evidence.
• Practical Demonstration / Assignment.
