Benefits of Group Exercise

Group exercise provides the opportunity for like-minded exercisers and instructors to communicate, develop a rapport and build a greater exercising community.

It is a great way to get into fitness with a friend and takes away any pressures you may feel going to the gym or an exercise class on your own.

Group exercise sessions are also an affordable way to keep fit without the price tag associated with 1:1 personal training sessions. Whilst you may not get the full hands on personalised approach you would with your own 1:1 session, it is still a great way to keep fit and have instruction and guidance. Group classes often provide exercise variety and motivation as well as a social atmosphere.

Group sessions can vary in length from 30-60 minutes and there are a wide range of classes from circuit training to spin classes and yoga.
